More than a Magazine
The arrival of BIBLION magazine to the Portuguese market was much more than a simple spring novelty.
As a friend immediately concluded, the existence of a publication of this kind is a necessity in a country like ours, seeing this project as an important catalyst for the dissemination of books written in Portuguese from Portugal, as well as national authors and publishers.
However, the purpose of entering the scene of this quarterly periodical, transcends the inevitable lack of promotional actions, especially because these require large investments, in a so financially depleted industry.
Flipping through the magazine pages, the reader can identify himself with a new way to communicate, to stimulate, to challenge. Reading is a gift from a God who wants to empower us more and more, awakening our minds to other interpretations, enriching our understanding and making us less “us” and more “Him”. Him”.

Created in 2016, Biblion started as a free, quarterly print and digital magazine promoting healthy literature and reading habits.
Mission
– Promoting Christian literature and its production in European Portuguese;
– Stimulate the publication of works from Portuguese authors;
– Encourage the practice of “fair pricing” and make literature available to everyone’s financial conditions;
– Promote wholesome reading habits;
– Host the healthy dialogue among different perspectives.
Main Focus
– Reviews concerning books deemed beneficial for the reader’s intellectual and/or spiritual edification;
– Interviews and articles relative to ethical and religious subjects;
– In-house content production;
– Endorsement of reading habits for all ages.
